The
Steaks
At the moment the absolute best beef on the market here
comes from the good ole U.S. of A. It is corn and grain fed
and Black Angus beef and is exported by Iowa Beef Packers. The
meat has been dry aged for a period of thirty days making the
beef more tender and and concentrating the flavor.

about ordering and eating a good steak.
Fat means flavor.
Fattier cuts mean more taste in the meat and also a juicier
steak.
Bigger steaks are better.
A thin steak is not as juicy or tasty. You should consider sharing
a bigger steak or taking the rest home before ordering a thin
little steak. Roughly the perfect weight for each steak is noted
below.
Medium rare is the way to eat a steak.
